The nozzles are available in three different designs:
Boron carbide nozzles are the most commonly supplied nozzles. They have a long service life. According to our customers’ experience, the lifetime of the nozzles is on average 5 to 10 times longer than that of similar nozzles made of carbide materials
Silicon carbide SiC nozzles often supplied nozzles at bargain low prices. They are suitable for occasional use and for applications where low operating costs must be achieved
Tungsten carbide WC nozzles are characterized by long service life. The density of the material is several times higher than that of boron carbide and silicon carbide materials. For the worker, working with these nozzles is slightly more difficult due to the greater weight of the nozzle when sandblasting. They are used for coarser-grained abrasives e.g. steel grit and balls.
These materials are characterised by:
- High hardness
- Abrasion resistance in abrasive environments
- Corrosion resistance
- Low specific gravity
We offer different types and kinds of nozzles – coarse and fine thread, sliding nozzles, different inlet holes and internal diameters, for blasting the inner surface of pipes, injector and pressure sandblasting, production of atypical nozzles according to customer requirements. For all nozzle types we offer the possibility to purchase seals and holders made of nylon material.
